One would think they’re straight out of a Tarantino movie soundtrack with their wild surf rock. Pirato Ketchup has made dance more than one people since its beginning in 2008. In five years of existence, the group has accumulated concerts in Belgium but also in Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands.
Since their first release, the EP Speed Surfer, the five musicians gathered excellent reviews from the European trade press, welcoming this explosive mixture of 60's surf music, garage, yeye, twist and rockabilly. But it is on stage that the band has the most fun and communicates it to the audience. Who could resist to their cover of the Singing Nun's "Dominique" played in the manner of The Shadows ? How can we not want to wiggle on such positive music ?
